GLP-1 4D Skin Rebound Complex · Powered by IMAGE Skincare
The first skincare complex clinically formulated to address the specific facial changes that occur with GLP-1 medication, significant weight loss, menopause and natural ageing — working in four dimensions to restore volume, firmness, hydration and skin density.
Plastic Surgeon Developed · Patent Pending
"Skin laxity, deflation and volume loss are not inevitable. They are physiological changes that can be addressed at a cellular level."
A targeted intervention,
not just a moisturiser
VOL.U.LIFT™ was developed by plastic surgeon Dr. Marc Ronert in response to the growing number of patients experiencing accelerated facial skin ageing as a result of GLP-1 medication use. It is the first and only formulation designed specifically to address the four distinct skin changes associated with GLP-1 use and significant weight loss.
Unlike general anti-ageing skincare, VOL.U.LIFT™ targets the precise biological pathways responsible for facial deflation, deep wrinkles, dehydration and loss of skin density — making it equally relevant for those navigating menopause, natural ageing or any cause of facial volume loss.
Why skin loses volume and firmness
Facial skin changes are one of the most visible — and least discussed — consequences of several overlapping biological processes. Collagen and elastin fibres diminish. Subcutaneous fat is lost or redistributed. The skin's capacity to retain hydration declines. The result is visible deflation, deepening lines, crepey texture and a loss of the skin's youthful density.
Collagen production declines by approximately 1% per year from the mid-twenties. By the time visible laxity appears, significant structural loss has already occurred beneath the surface.
Oestrogen plays a critical role in collagen synthesis and skin hydration. Studies estimate a 30% reduction in skin collagen in the first five years post-menopause — accelerating visible sagging, thinning and dryness.
GLP-1 agonists (semaglutide, tirzepatide) can accelerate the breakdown of collagen and elastin alongside rapid fat loss. Patients lose up to 30% of muscle and connective tissue — creating visible facial deflation and 'GLP-1 face'.
Four dimensions.
One formulation.
VOL.U.LIFT™ works across four specific, measurable facial skin concerns — each addressed by a targeted clinically validated ingredient, delivered via IMAGE Skincare's proprietary XOSM™ Technology.
L-Ornithine Amino Acid visibly plumps sunken, deflated skin by activating adipogenesis and inhibiting fat breakdown — restoring structural facial volume lost through weight loss and GLP-1 use.
Bakuchiol stimulates collagen types I, III and IV — improving wrinkle depth and skin roughness without the irritation associated with retinol. Proven in a 12-week clinical study.
HA Silanol — next-generation hyaluronic acid combined with silicium — deeply hydrates while stimulating the skin's own HA production. Clinical studies show a 300% increase in HA content.
Plant Collagen Fragments (biomimetic to human Type I collagen) and Kangaroo Paw Extract visibly lift sagging skin, boost procollagen production and restore dermal density and firmness.
Visible results from week four
Based on a 12-week clinical study of 29 participants aged 35–65 who experienced weight loss through GLP-1 agonists, GIP or gastric bypass surgery, with twice-daily application of VOL.U.LIFT™.

Clinically validated ingredients
Each active in VOL.U.LIFT™ is selected for a specific, measurable mechanism — supported by external clinical studies and a dedicated product study cohort.

Next-generation actives,
targeted mechanisms
Patent-pending smart-encapsulation technology that boosts formula performance while protecting and nourishing the skin barrier with antioxidants: ectoin, Vitamin C and astaxanthin-rich micro-algae.
Activates lipogenesis and inhibits lipolysis in adipocytes — effectively plumping deflated skin from within. Clinical studies showed significant reduction in nasogenian fold depth after one month.
A retinol-equivalent antioxidant that stimulates collagen I, III and IV production. Suitable for all skin types including sensitive skin and safe for use post-treatment.
Next-generation hyaluronic acid combined with silicium. Led to a 4-fold increase in HA skin content and a 13-fold increase in collagen density in external clinical studies on skin explants.
Biomimetic to human Type I collagen. Increased procollagen 1 by 250% in 48 hours and boosted ECM contractility — directly improving skin architecture and reducing sagging.
Rich in ferulic and linoleic acid. Boosts tenascin-X synthesis, collagen regeneration and elastin production — shown to reduce eye wrinkle depth by up to 36% in 28 days.
A targeted formulation
for measurable skin change
VOL.U.LIFT™ is not a general anti-ageing moisturiser. It is a specific intervention for defined, physiological skin concerns — and works best when introduced as part of a personalised skin plan at Liberty Hall.
Currently using GLP-1 medication
If you are taking semaglutide, tirzepatide or a similar GLP-1 agonist and have noticed facial deflation, increased laxity or accelerated wrinkling, VOL.U.LIFT™ is the first formulation developed specifically for these changes.
Navigating menopause or perimenopause
The hormonal shifts of menopause dramatically alter skin architecture. If your skin has become noticeably thinner, drier or less firm, VOL.U.LIFT™ addresses the underlying mechanisms — not just the surface.
Experiencing volume loss through weight change or ageing
Whether through intentional weight loss or the gradual reduction of subcutaneous fat with age, facial deflation responds well to the volumising and collagen-stimulating actives in this formulation.
Investing in professional treatments
VOL.U.LIFT™ is designed to complement and extend in-clinic results. If you are undergoing microneedling, fillers or energy-based treatments, it helps protect that investment with structural at-home support.
Noticing early signs of skin laxity
Introduced early — particularly during the 40s and perimenopause — VOL.U.LIFT™ supports the skin's structural maintenance before visible decline accelerates.

"I introduced VOL.U.LIFT™ into the Liberty Hall skin plan following the Regenerative Medicine Conference in April 2026. What distinguishes this from other volumising skincare is that it addresses the specific biological pathway by which skin loses structural volume. For clients managing GLP-1 medication, or those experiencing skin laxity, it is a suitable addition to their age reversal skin protocol."Natalie — Liberty Hall Skin, Leicester
VOL.U.LIFT™ is recommended as part of a personalised skin plan at Liberty Hall. Natalie assesses each client's skin history, current treatments and concerns before introducing new actives — ensuring the formulation is used appropriately and effectively.
Common questions
Early visible improvements in skin firmness, elasticity and hydration are typically noted from week four with twice-daily use. Optimal results are achieved at 12 weeks of consistent morning and evening application. Individual results depend on skin condition, age and the underlying cause of volume loss.
Yes. VOL.U.LIFT™ is applied after your serum, morning and evening. In the morning, follow with a broad-spectrum SPF as the final step. In the evening, if you use retinol allow it to fully absorb before applying VOL.U.LIFT™. It is compatible with eye creams, lip treatments and exfoliators. If you are unsure about layering with your current routine, Natalie can advise at consultation.
Yes. Bakuchiol — the active used in place of retinol — is well tolerated by sensitive skin types and does not cause the irritation associated with retinol-based formulas. VOL.U.LIFT™ is formulated for all skin types including sensitive, post-treatment and menopausal skin.
VOL.U.LIFT™ is designed to complement in-clinic procedures including microneedling, fillers and energy-based treatments. It can be used to protect and extend the results of professional treatments at home. For specific post-treatment guidance, Natalie will advise on timing and application at Liberty Hall.
Yes. While VOL.U.LIFT™ was developed in response to GLP-1 induced facial ageing, the four skin concerns it addresses — deflation, deep wrinkles, dehydration and density loss — are equally caused by natural ageing and menopause. The formulation is appropriate for anyone experiencing visible facial volume loss, skin laxity or loss of firmness, regardless of the cause.
Apply a liberal amount to cleansed skin morning and evening, covering the full face, neck and jawline — including areas showing sagging such as the cheeks, jaw and nasolabial folds. Use upward, lifting motions for application. Morning: follow with SPF. Evening: can be used after retinol once fully absorbed. Full application guidance is provided with purchase.
